Parenting is Hard
I see you trying. You want to be more connected as a family and stop yelling at your kids. You start each day promising yourself that today will be different- you won't explode when things get tough. Yet somehow, in spite of your genuine intentions, you seem to fall back into the familiar cycle of calmly asking them to do something, patiently asking again, and then losing it when they have ignored you for the hundredth time.

That finally gets their attention, but you can see the fear and sadness, or maybe even anger, in their eyes.

Then the guilt sets in. Sigh.

It hurts to see our kids hurting and it's not what any of us want.

The good news is that there is hope!

I've helped many families break the cycle and learn to use tools and strategies that encourage cooperation while still maintaining a strong connection.

We have found a way to create peace in our homes (most of the time!), and really enjoy our kids.

You can have that, too!

Imagine what it will feel like when your kids respond to your requests without you having to yell...

Know what to do when they aren't listening

Feel confident in your parenting
Reduce conflict and power struggles
Empower them to be confident and kind
Stay calm when you feel like exploding
Understand what is beneath their behavior
Create a strong connection based on mutual respect

Solve sibling conflict without fighting

Get them to help with chores (really!)
Use challenges to teach them skills that they can use throughout their life

I'm with you!

You are here because you know it is time for a change.

The yelling, fighting, and disrespect have gotten in the way of the connection, joy and cooperative attitudes you want in your home.

The challenge is in making that change a reality. There is so much information available but it's difficult to put it into practice and even to know if you are "doing it right".

As a Licensed therapist and a parent educator, I have helped hundreds of families implement changes that have transformed their homes into places they enjoy being.

Now it is your turn. I will guide you with research-based information and practical ways to implement it right away.

I will walk this journey alongside you and be there to help you celebrate the small victories that lead to big changes.

If that is what you are ready for, join me! I look forward to being a part of your family's transformation.

Rossy, mother of 4

"This class really helped me stop and listen to what I was actually saying to my kids. It gave me more awareness and insight into my own behavior and how that might, in turn, effect the behavior my kids exhibit as a result."

"This course has been an incredible resource for me and my family. The teaching sessions helped me examine our family values and adjust my expectations for my children. I've learned strategies to keep myself calm and prioritize my connection with my children. I've been able to extend my reaction time to make intentional choices when responding to their behaviors. I'm grateful for the compassionate support Keira provides in the coaching calls. She makes me feel seen and values my efforts with my kids. I've also made amazing, supportive friendships with several of the other moms."

The first class is on Sunday, November 15th at 10AM PST. All other classes will be held on Saturdays at the same time.

All 6 classes, as well as coaching calls will be live on Zoom. Replays will be sent to your email so you can watch them at your convenience.

About 1 hour. The recordings will be edited into smaller chunks so you have the option to watch the whole class, or just a part of it.

Throughout the six classes, we cover topics such as: the benefits of positive discipline, setting limits, gaining cooperation, family values, reducing triggers, understanding challenging behaviors, resolving conflicts, and the healthy expression of feelings and needs.

Yes! If you realize that now is not the best time for you to fully participate in this class, of that it is not a fit for you, no problem. You can email keira@relationshipcubed.com to get a refund within the first 30 days.
